Talent Dev Prep, operated by Alyssa Wied, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all transactions. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
• Contact our support team and we'll initiate the refund on your behalf.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds typically return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time via the customer portal. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
