Talent Dev Prep is operated by Alyssa Wied ("we", "us"). For the personal data described in this notice, Alyssa Wied is the data controller.

• Technical data — device identifiers, IP address, browser type, and usage telemetry.
• Payment data — handled by Paddle (we do not store full card details).

• Track your study progress and personalize practice (contract performance).

4. Who we share data with

• Service providers — hosting, database, and analytics providers acting as our processors.
• Merchant of Record — Paddle, for sales, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
• Professional advisers — legal and accounting, where necessary.
• Authorities — where required by law.

5. Data retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After account closure, data is deleted or anonymized unless we are required to keep it for legal, tax, or accounting reasons.

Please do not submit sensitive personal data (such as government IDs, financial account numbers, or health information) through study answers, support messages, or other free-text fields — they are not intended to receive such data, and we accept no responsibility for sensitive data submitted in this way.

We use essential cookies needed to operate the Service (e.g. authentication). We may also use analytics cookies to understand usage. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

12. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
